Information for the Poster Presenting Authors
There is a unique poster session for each Congress and Industrial Networking.
For the Congress, a numbered panel will be allocated for each poster. In the Program, note the number assigned to your poster. You will need this number to find where to hang your poster. Maps will be available on-site to help you identify the location of your poster.
Posters should be placed on the board preferentially on Monday 8th, during the Registration. If not possible, they must be placed on Tuesday 9th until the coffee break. Posters must be removed until the end of Wednesday, 11th. Any posters remaining in place after this time will be removed by the organizers who accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
Presenters must be available next to their posters during the duration of their poster session (coffee and lunch breaks).
For the Industrial Network, posters will be unnumbered and the abstract is not needed. The posters can be hanged in any panel on Thursday morning until the end of the posters session in the afternoon
All the posters must be printed in portrait ISO A0 size (1189 mm x 841 mm). Your poster must not exceed the recommended size. Please use your preferred formatting style, as no poster template will be provided.
